Fall Festival to highlight the bounty of the season while supporting summer camp opportunities. Penn Yan, NY On Saturday, October 13th Camp Whitman will be hosting its first Fall Festival from 11 am to 4 pm. Individuals and families are invited to spend the day at Camp Whitman and enjoy a day of WINE, CHEESE, FUN, and FOLIAGE on beautiful Seneca Lake! Proceeds will benefit the camp’s programs for both school aged youth; as well as its programs for adults with developmental disabilities. The day’s activities include a Craft Fair of exclusively handmade goods, Pumpkin Painting, Campfire and S’mores, Archery and Hay Rides. Wine and cheese tastings will be available by donation Participating wineries and cheeseries currently include: Billsboro, Zugibe, and McGreggor Vineyards; and Parulski Farms cheese. Enjoy food (for purchase) from Milliner's Southern Smoke BBQ Food Truck as well as the music of local artist Jaimie Lee Potter. About Camp Whitman: Camp Whitman on Seneca Lake is a traditional overnight summer camp owned and operated by the Presbytery of Geneva, in partnership with the Presbytery of Genesee Valley. Camp Whitman has been providing summer camp experiences for youth in upstate New York since 1954.
